— This induction heater mainly design for fast and high efficient to heat rusted bolt and nuts without open fire.

— Generally work on Ship repair, Car care center, farm worker, metal heat processing for bending and twisting.

— This tool could working on variety different coil inductor, not limited works as our supply the coils.

— Frequency 100KHZ, it has advantage on heating tiny workpiece.

— Longer heating time in single cycle compare with 1000W Air tubular heater before overheat protection, because of transformer and heater in separately. Much better on cooling, 1000W air tubular induction heater take design transformer and converter together, so it get shorter time on heating before overheat.

— Coil Extension, this 2300W emagih heater could work with most of coil in different variety which made by copper wire or pipe in diameter 3mm to 5mm only. Work with water cooling copper pipe in side direction could helpful even longer working time in single heating time compare with solid copper wire.

— Stainless Steel also workable, brass cartridge case annealing is available.

— Low capacity melting job by high graphite crucible (work with water cooling coil only)

— It work with flexible copper cable wrap suitable for bearing, gear heating and expansion for fitting.
